Visitors can visit at any time, and are encouraged to do so. Receiving visitors is good for the residents and makes the care home feel more like their own home. Families are always welcome to attend events such as BBQ's at the the home, and their visits are always much appreciated by the residents.

As mealtimes are such an important part of daily life for the residents, we ask that you do not visit at lunchtime (13:00pm – 2:00pm) and tea time (5:00pm to 5:30pm). Visitors are more than welcome to join residents for any meals – please just let us know the day before.

We understand that many families work and can only visit in the evenings. To respect the other residents who may be preparing for bed, we ask that visits are done no later than 8:30pm.

If for whatever reason you need to visit outside these regular hours we will be happy to accommodate you.
